The organisers of the Scottish music festival “T In The Park” has emailed those who will be attending the 2010 festival, which is held over the 9th-11th July.
The organisers have announced that there will be a ban on vuvuzelas at the event. In the email the festivals organisers said the horn-like instruments (which are ridiculously popular at this years FIFA world cup), ”were not suitable for a music festival”. They also went on to tell the ticket holders that those found with the plastic horns would have them confiscated.
I totally agree, the monotonous noise that accompanies every match I watch drives me nuts and I’d probably end up decking someone if they were constantly blowing one in the mosh pit of my favourite band.
